Problem

Usually this means that your browser can’t connect to our service in charge for code synchronization. Since it runs on Google Cloud, some countries block the connection to it.

Solution

Try adding the proxy=1 parameter to your pad URL to proxy the connection:

Can’t establish a connection with the other person at all

Problem

You’re unable to establish and audio or visual connection with another pad participant.

Solution

Make sure that you allow audio and video access for your browser. If your audio video access is enabled in your browser, try the Twilio network test:

If you have already tried the Twilio network test, try the WebRTC Diagnostics:

https://test.8x8.vc/

This is the technology we use for our video call feature. Make sure that your firewall allows it.
