Sharing your custom questions

If your group has several Screen Enterprise licenses, you can share custom questions between accounts. 

1. Contact support to let us know which accounts you wish to link.

2. Then, from your account, open the question you want to share. In the settings section, you will see a checkbox to tick:

Settings section is shown. At the bottom is a series of checkboxes. An arrow points to one labelled "share this question with all company accounts".

Hover over the “i” for more information:

"If you tick this box, this question will be visible, duplicable, and usable by all accounts associated with your company. However, only users of this account will be able to edit the question."

3. Hit Save to finish.

Here’s what receiving accounts will see: 

A list of questions with the shared question at the top of the list.
