In 2021, we acquired CodinGame for Work, which provides screening tests to assess developers’ skills before technical interviews. We believe combining Screen with Interview can ensure a more objective, fair, accurate, and cost-effective process to help you find the best candidate for your team.
We’ve been working hard to integrate both products onto one platform, allowing you to switch effortlessly between the two. Now subscriptions give you access to both products with one shared credits for Screen assessments and Interview pads.
You can use your credits interchangeably. For instance, with 60 applicants and 90 credits, you could:
- send a test to all to be as fair as possible and identify hidden talent
- shortlist 15 candidates based on the detailed reporting and ranking (you can even watch code playback for deeper insight)
- run a couple of technical interviews with each shortlisted candidate
- consult with the team to choose the best person for an offer with all the information at your disposal (report, private meeting notes, code playback, and more)
