Announcing CoderPad Integration with iCIMS for Live Technical Interviews

Today we’re announcing our newest integration: CoderPad Live Technical Interviews with iCIMS.

iCIMS is a leading applicant tracking system that allows you to attract, engage, hire and advance employees. With the CoderPad integration, you’ll be able to generate pad links from within iCIMS and send them to candidates either through the iCIMS Schedule Appointment and Email Template features or through an email or messaging platform of your choice.

You’ll also have access to the playbacks of the interviews in the candidate’s profile for easy evaluation of their technical skills and problem-solving ability.

Utilizing the CoderPad integration allows recruiting teams and engineering managers to streamline the technical interview process and create a smoother candidate experience.
