You can also save your Data Privacy Officer’s email address. All candidate requests about personal data go to this address. ## Data Retention [![A data retention settings interface where the user can configure the retention period for candidate and image data. Options include choosing between European and US servers for data storage, and setting the number of days before candidate anonymization, candidate deletion, and image deletion (with or without alerts). A 'Save' button is present to confirm the settings.](https://coderpad.io/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/image-134-1024x322.png)](https://coderpad.io/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/image-134.png) The Data Retention option allows you to set the frequency you want to anonymize or delete your candidates’ information. > ![✅](https://coderpad.io/assets/emoji/2705.svg) Set the number of days to zero to disable this option. ## Candidate Privacy Policy The Candidate Privacy Policy option allows you to set your Privacy Policy URL which will be accessible to your candidates before they start their test.
