# Get Hiring Insights & Lunch on Us

Schedule a 30-minute demo to see how top TA teams test for real AI engineering skill, and get up to a $100 lunch gift card for you and your team.

AI is changing what it means to be an engineer, and most hiring processes haven’t caught up. See how TA leaders are adapting their process to find candidates who can actually put AI to work.

- Discover how to tell an engineer who builds with AI from someone just good at prompting
- Learn how to modernize the habits working against you: banned AI tools, static question banks, and leetcode puzzles that reward the wrong skill
- See how CoderPad lets you evaluate problem solving, LLM fluency, and real AI builds in a live session

Lunch is on us. Book your session and we’ll send a gift card for lunch while we chat — no strings, just our thanks for the time.
