# CoderPad Subscriptions Now Include Both Screen and Interview

March 13, 2023 3 Minute Read [Announcements](https://coderpad.io/blog/announcements/)

We have exciting news. You’ll get access to two products, Screen and Interview, in one platform. With our improved platform, you can expect a more objective, fair, accurate, and cost-effective process that will help you find the best candidate for your team.

In 2021, [we acquired CodinGame for Work](https://coderpad.io/blog/announcements/faster-better-and-more-fair-how-coderpad-and-codingame-will-change-technical-hiring-together/), which provides screening tests to assess developers’ skills before technical interviews. We believe combining Screen with Interview can ensure a more objective, fair, accurate, and cost-effective process to help you find the best candidate for your team.

We’ve been working hard to integrate both products onto one platform, allowing you to switch effortlessly between the two. Now subscriptions give you access to both products with one shared credits for Screen assessments and Interview pads.

You can use your credits interchangeably. For instance, with 60 applicants and 90 credits, you could:

- send a test to all to be as fair as possible and identify hidden talent
- shortlist 15 candidates based on the detailed reporting and ranking (you can even watch code playback for deeper insight)
- run a couple of technical interviews with each shortlisted candidate
- consult with the team to choose the best person for an offer with all the information at your disposal (report, private meeting notes, code playback, and more)

Use CoderPad Screen to filter candidates on their technical skills, and move only the most qualified engineers on to the collaborative coding interview. With this unbiased evaluation, you’ll be able to make data-driven decisions and save time by only interviewing the candidates with the right technical skills.

## How can Screen help you?

Screen is a must-have tool for recruiters who want to streamline their hiring process and select the most qualified candidates for the job. It provides an objective measure of each candidate’s coding abilities, allowing recruiters to quickly rank and shortlist only the best candidates for interviews. This not only saves valuable time but also ensures that only the most qualified candidates move forward in the hiring process.

As its former name CodinGame might already clue you in, Screen also has gamified exercises and a candidate completion rate of 96% so you save time while also engaging candidates and offering a great recruiting experience.

Using Screen also reduces unconscious bias in the hiring process. Resumes can contain a variety of information that may not be relevant to the recruiting process. Giving every candidate an equal opportunity to demonstrate their coding skills through Screen’s comprehensive library of coding challenges and tasks creates a fair and inclusive hiring process that ensures the best candidate is selected for the job. By using Screen, recruiters can confidently make unbiased decisions, resulting in a diverse and skilled workforce.

## How can I get started streamlining my recruiting?

Existing customers can access CoderPad Screen immediately. Just click on the Screen icon in the top left hand menu.
